Two sets of low-speed mixing shafts with multi-layer inclined paddles that rotate both around the axis and on their own, equipped with two scrapers, ensure 360-degree mixing coverage. The scrapers lift bottom materials upward and push materials from the bottom toward the center, ensuring thorough mixing and dispersion. Additionally, there is a set of wall-scraping paddles that rotate around the axis, quickly returning materials on the wall back to the mixing and dispersion zone. This continuous operation ensures no dead angles in mixing, resulting in high efficiency. The equipment comes with two 1100L mixing tanks, one hydraulic extruder, and a vacuum pump system.
